Postpartum
Package 1 – THE HOUSE HELPER
Includes:
8 hours of mother led in home emotional & physical support. Over a period of 4 weeks, this can include yoni steams, herbal baths, cooking, cleaning, babysitting or any other household duties.

Package 2 – THE TRANSITION
Includes:
3 weeks of mother led in home emotional & physical support. This can include yoni steams, herbal baths, cooking, cleaning, babysitting or any other household duties.
2x2 hour visits or 1x4 hour visit per week.
Food included: Weekdays of 2 meals, 1 snack and 1 treat for mama. (Drop and go at door on non-visit days)

Package 3 – THE FIRST FORTY DAYS
Includes:
6 weeks of mother led in home emotional & physical support. This can include yoni steams, herbal baths, cooking, cleaning, babysitting or any other household duties.
2x2 hour visits or 1x4 hour visit per week.
Food included: Weekdays of 2 meals, 1 snack and 1 treat for mama. (Drop and go at door on non-visit days)

**For packages 2&3, upgrade to feed the family to keep your time sacred. Feed the family option includes 2 meals, 1 snack and 1 treat for 2 adults and one child, for 5 days a week. Please enquire for prices.
Birth prep & education
Birth preparation and education session.
Birthing location options, postpartum planning and release of any pre - birth fears and debrief on any past births incl trauma.
2 hours // $250 in your home - $200 online via zoom
Pregnancy & Birth
- 2 antenatal appointments – we will discuss your plans for the birth, any concerns, birthing techniques and pregnancy nutrition. Includes birth preparation and education and a holistic postpartum healing plan.
- Exclusive use of my extensive personal library of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and health books
- Birth support – on call from 38 weeks. Holistic support used as required to assist you if wanted, such as: TCM, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, rebozo, acupressure etc. TENS hire is included.
- 2 postnatal visits – birth debrief, encouraging breastfeeding and addressing any issues or questions you may have. Offering help around the home however you may need me.
My doula package includes 24 hour support via text/call throughout pregnancy and for 6 weeks after birth. I also include ongoing support via text or email whenever you may feel like you need a listening ear.
